Nettlecombe Cottage is nestled in the hamlet of Hadspen in close proximity to Castle Cary and Bruton. There are beautiful walks that start from the cottage gate including to The Newt’s hotel and gardens. Local attractions include Bruton's pioneering contemporary art exhibition centre and restaurant Hauser + Wirth, the Stourhead estate, the historic city of Wells and its famous Cathedral, Glastonbury Tor and the Mendip Hills. Bridport and the beach is an hour’s drive.

This is a lived in home with some quirks. The cottage is thatched and dates back to the 19th Century. Bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, the kitchen is charming and rustic. There is one bathroom and a separate loo in the utility room. There is large garden with a pond, as well as a wood burning stove (wood available to purchase). The cottage is not particularly well-suited for young children.
